January Reset!

Hello everyone and Happy New Year!

Like most of you, I had a little too much fun over the holidays and have some extra lbs to show for it! It was totally worth it but now I am ready to reset myself and get back on track. There are several ways to do this but the one that I like best is, for just 10 days, give up the big culprits, gluten, dairy, alcohol, processed foods, and caffeine while adding lots of plant foods to clean out your system. It sounds really hard but it is only 10 days and I always feel 100% better. If you start on a Monday, you only have to get through one weekend and a little cheating is ok.

To make it a little easier, you can add Juice Plus+ capsules and shakes to the routine, it helps you to give up the bad stuff and the plan works better, however you would still get major benefits just by cutting out the junk. The gluten and dairy, in particular, are known for causing bloat so losing those alone will go a long way toward making you feel like yourself.  More to come about those two bad boys in a future post.

Any change is better than none so do it all or pick something and stick to it for 10 days, you will be glad you did!
